REVIEWS OF Pella Windows & Doors of Ottawa IN Moose Factory

A high quality product installed as and when promised. The sales experience was very good, in that it was professional, low pressure and even enjoyable. Collin Koorzen worked hard to give us what we needed, instead of merely selling us windows. The finished product is exactly as promised. Can you tell we're very pleased with the entire experience?

Colleen Mayo-Pankhurst

Jason met us in the showroom and explained the repair versus new installation in a way we could understand. When he and Collin came to the house they were very professional and answered all our questions. It was a pleasure dealing with these two fellows who really knew their stuff and were so personable with us.

Impossible to get windows and doors serviced. I have been trying to schedule a repair to a few of my 50+ Pella windows and doors since December 2019. It is now late November and the issues still remain. I have called, emailed, and even visited the showroom on Hunt Club to arrange service. Every service appointment I have had either results in cancellation or a no show. Worst part is calling for service is a 20-30 minute wait. I attempted to contact the service manager who said my issue would be resolved soon. That was 6 days ago. Such a shame as one of my doors and two windows have been leaking for >11months! Pella is a great brand and I used to recommend them to everyone. Not anymore. Definitely avoid them in Ottawa. Terrible service. They clearly do not care about anything after the initial installation. January 2021 Update: I have still not had the service and repairs I have been trying to arrange for the last 13 months. When I call Pella I am told I would get a call back within a few days, but that never happens. I also just noticed Pella has “D” rating with the Better Business Bureau. Definitely something I wish I had known before having them install my doors and Windows.

After having the unfortunate experience of a strong windstorm ripping an upstairs window off it's hinges leaving a hole in my house where a window should be, I got in touch with a few companies to repair the window and ultimately went with Pella. My experience was great with them. A company rep named Ventura came to my house to inspect the damage and provide on site solutions and estimates. He was very professional and helpful making the whole process simple. Couldn't be happier with the window replacement. I recommend Pella for quality and efficient service.

Hayley Koeslag

Great service and high-quality windows! Would definitely recommend to others!

Christine Thiesen

We have used Pella Windows for complete window replacement in both of our homes. The experience has been wonderful and our sales representative, Jeffrey Darabaner, went above and beyond.

Susan Carlton

The in house service with Collin was excellent. He knows Pella products well; he was able to speak articulately about their quality and helped us discern the best for our home. He was very responsive to every inquiry along the way. We appreciated his every effort to get the best value for our money. We look forward to the installment.

Nicolas Deschamps

We are really pleased without our new windows. Our overall experience was great. Jeff really helped us make an informed decision on our new windows and their crew did an excellent install job. They were quick, quiet and clean. Most importantly great workmanship and nice finishing.

This Pella store in Ottawa is the worst customer experience I have ever had and on more than one occasion. The place is usually staffed by one person who mans the phones for customers, service and repairs. And looks after customers who walk in. They put the in-place customer as they deal with the phone. What a joke.

Bill Wright

9 weeks in and still waiting -- and I have been "priority" for 6 of those! Now they don't think they have ordered it from the factory.

Installed three doors and frames, but scratched them during installation, didn't install screwcaps on windows, window leaks air, one door doesn't seal fully (visible daylight when closed and locked). Told me no repair was possible, and I needed entirely new doors. That was months ago. Avoid them.

Lindsay Nicol

Great quality, timely delivery, and excellent after sales service with helpful and knowlegable sales professionals. Very impressed with the new Architect Series. I have Pella in my own home, still like new after 8 years!

Krista Henriksen

Jeff was professional, helpful and excellent while selling us a new window and patio door. He provided several options to us, clarified the benefits and differences of each of the products and facilitated our decision making as we chose options.

Darren Fleming

Collin Koorzen was great to work with. He came to my house, gave great advice, and was always smiling.

Robert Gardecky

I visited the Pella showroom on Merivale Road with my wife on Friday, May 31st 2019. Received a lot of information from a very knowledgeable Showroom rep about the different windows available to us. We arranged for a home visit by one of Pella's consultants for Monday, June 3rd. The consultant (Collin Koorzen) was punctual and very pleasant to deal with. He quickly measured our windows and gave us various options and pricing. He gave us in-depth details on the windows and the warranties involved as well as the different payment options. I also liked that fact that at no time did I feel I was being pressured into anything. We were so pleased with terms that we had Pella do another additional window for us. I would highly recommend Pella Windows and Doors of Ottawa.

I enjoyed making a decision with all the facts of construction and like the presentation. I know what I’m buying, instead of looking at a catalogue, Jeff also provided me with a picture of how it’s going to look finished. Well done!!!

As others mentioned, the customer service after the install is the worst. After our Aug 15th install of a patio door, I immediately let our project coordinator know that there were problems with the door. On October 12th, we finally got a service tech here who stated the door needed to be replaced. He gave me a warm and fuzzy that things would get resolved. After almost a month of not hearing anything, I called customer service who stated that the door was scheduled to ship to the technician on Nov 21st. On Dec 4th after not hearing anything (again), I finally texted the tech who replied a day later stating that there was no door shipped to him and that he would follow up. I msg'd Pella that day and got a response on Jan 9th (yes, a month later) that they would have the tech contact me to arrange the new install. While waiting for that response, I did call the customer service # who told me the door was confirmed as delivered to the installer. Since then, I've sent multiple emails always getting a response that they've reached out to the installer to contact me. I type this on Jan 28th. Over 5 months since my installation. Still no idea when my $3000 patio door will be fixed. Pella, here's your 1 star. Edit (same day as original post): Quick response from "CK" below. Although it kind of looks like an automated canned response. I sent the requested info within an hour. We'll see what happens. Edit #2: So I got an email from some Cameron guy that day who apologized for the delays and stated he contacted the installer. The installer then texted me maybe an hour later. (Go Google reviews!) Unfortunately, he asked that we wait until the spring, as transporting the door at this time of year (Jan-Feb) was risky. I responded saying that I felt like I didn't have a choice if that was the norm. I don't want to risk doing a bad install because of the cold. Also emailed Cameron back to tell him the installer asked that we wait, and that I originally 1-starred the place because of their lack of communication on all of this. I got no response back. That was Jan 30th, a week ago. So the 1 star remains. It's possible that at this point I'm too far gone to be pleased with any response they give anyways. They could have told me in November that they can't do installs in the winter. Instead, they kept me believing that I was going to get my warrantied door fixed as soon as it was available. What bothers me is that I had an eerily similar communication experience with a solar installer "Solart Group" back in 2011-12. A one month promise of installation that happened 10 months later. Sure it got done, but go Google that company. Because a lot of people didn't get done. And I'm starting to worry that I'm going to be stuck with this bum door. Edit #3: May 17th. That's how long it took to get the door replaced. I had no further communication with anyone from Pella since my last update until I msg'd the installer a few weeks ago. I haven't even gotten into my cracked floor tile and doorbell wiring that was tucked away and caulked over. I brought these up with the original project manager way back in the original complaint. I have now just accepted these as casualties of a bad Pella installation. The new door replacement works better and I'm content enough to just not deal with them anymore. This review brings me a small amount of satisfaction that hopefully helps others in their decision of what window/door company to work with (or not) when they need to.

Good Morning, I would like to thank you, Collin, and all the members of your company who did a superb job on the completion of the installation of my two patio doors. Everyone was professional, curtious, and completed the job to my complete satisfaction. All the best to everyone, Dave and Derry Cullwick

Horrible customer service dealing with a warranty issue. Called the company in December 2017 and the matter is still not resolved.... And it's July 2018! I have contacted them at least 5 times seeking updates only to be put on hold while they attempt to figure out the issue. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, that's for sure. There's one technician that services the entire Ottawa Valley .... Over a million people! The staff that answers the phone is less than helpful and often cranky and get defensive when I vent my frustration. It's not my fault your company can't get things right! I inherited this mess from the previous homeowner. If and when the time comes that I need to replace a door or window - I will absolutely %110 not go through Pella in Ottawa.... Update July 17, 2018: **Dear KS (or to the person who replied from your company): I replied to your message and sent you a detailed email to the address you provided on July 11th. I have yet to hear anything from anyone. Why am I not surprised??? Update Aug 13, 2018: Still no response from the company. I've even gotten so desperate that I've retraced my one text message to the technician from March 2018 and asked him to help. What a cluster of a company.

I was assisted by Collin Koorzen, who came out to the house to meet and discuss custom solutions for a new front door. I found him to be very responsive, and he took care to understood my requirements. The designs and proposals provided were well done. He did additional research on design, materials and pricing on my behalf.

What a disappointment!!! Our window order was a complete disaster from start to finish. Nothing but empty promises!! We have renovated three homes for ourselves in the past ten years, all exclusively with Pella windows. I can say with absolute certainty that their quality has fallen dramatically!!! These three pictures are from a single window. Fit and finish is terrible. At least half the windows in our home were manufactured incorrectly. Pella did an awkward and disappointing on site repair. They never finished the repairs despite numerous inquiries. Fortunately we are well equipped to address this matter through civil litigation. If your thinking of using Pella for your project find a good contractor but more importantly an excellent lawyer, you’ll need them!!!

Sharon Amos

Had windows installed several years ago and was pleased with service. Need several more windows done.

Danielle Smith

Wow we couldn't be happier with our front doors. Collin was amazing to work with and so patient as we chose the colors, kind and material for our door. By listening to us and having the patience to find the doors that we would be happy with he came up with a solution that we enjoy everyday. We enjoyed every aspect of our experience with Pella from the sales to the installation and now we have something beautiful that we enjoy everyday! Thanks to the amazing team.

Jonathan Loschmann

Great experience. Pleased with product and the team at Pella.

If you are buying quality windows for your home, Jeff Darabaner is the guy to call. No overselling. He answers all your questions. Prompt and courteous. This is the second time we have dealt with Jeff in 2 years. The windows look and work great!! Kevin

We are a small contracting company called Maisons Chicoine Inc. and unfortunately we have wasted so much of our time trying to get Pella to provide us with some after sales customer service. We purchased a $14,000 front door for one of our clients, the door was installed in February by one of their installers, it was improperly installed and after 1 month a piece of the hardware broke off. I have called and left Pella countless different voicemails (because it is very rare for anyone to actually pick up their phone) asking them to address the issues we were having with their product. As we couldn't get any actual response from anyone over the phone I had to personally drive to their showroom to speak to someone. I am still waiting to receive our refund 3 months after it was agreed that they were going to issue it for the installation as we ended up re-installing the door ourselves. We began contacting them the end of March asking for someone to come to address the door and by the end of July we still didn't have a date scheduled in so we decided to take it on ourselves. To top it off I just received a letter from their receivables department saying that we owed them money and they were going to charge us interest if we didn't coordinate payment. It was agreed we would hold back a $500 payment until they addressed the hardware issue but with the refund we are supposed to receive there is a balance owed to us not to them. Due to our experience with them and their extremely poor after sale customer service I wouldn't recommend Pella Windows and Doors.

Colin at the Ottawa branch was awesome. He clearly prioritizes his customers wants and needs versus selling as much of his product as possible through the whole process. He never came across as a salesman whose his sole concern was to sell his product over ensuring his customers needs where met. When we started this process, Pella was a distant third in terms of choices for us, but due to Colin’s knowledge, honesty, professional approach, persistence and follow up, he turned #3 to number 1. Needless to say we highly recommend giving Colin and Pella a call for your window and doors.

collin sales person was excellant,he is very educated with their product and gives the best advise for his coustomers, friendly and understand coustomers needs and budget

TERRIBLE SERVICE - after a visit to the store with a very simple window replacement and two phone calls from me they could not manage a quote.

Although we're happy with the doors and windows we received from Pella their customer service is horrific. That's the only way I can describe it. We sent them our schedule for windows and doors and when the order came in, many things we're missing e.g. locks, cranks, window screens, etc. but the biggest problem was a door was ordered incorrectly. When I raised this with our salesmen he said it was our fault for not reviewing the order. We had to reorder the door and pay full pop for it even though they made the mistake. Unacceptable. It's now 6+ months later and many of the missing items are still outstanding. I can only imagine the hell we'll go through if and when a warranty issue comes up.

I love my Pella windows! I needed to change some windows and doors and found Jeffrey Darabaner in the showroom. He showed me the product and clearly explained it all to me. He made my wife and me feel at home. We then went back to my place and he offered me a quote right on the spot. I walked into Bowen and they would barely even talk to me and would not come out to my home. After a few meetings, we decided to sign with Jeffrey and it has been the best decision we've made. I love my new windows and the install ended up as we planned and on budget! If you are looking for a new window or door, call Jeffrey Darabaner

Edie Van Alstine

Sales expert, Collin Koorzen, was very helpful, interesting, and detailed.

Sandra Leonard

Love our new windows. We did face a few set backs, but they were fixed to our liking. Salesperson, management and showroom were professional in every way. I would suggest doing a review of the quality assurance department regarding delivery as we had to deal with order didn’t make truck, order delivered was wrong size so this causes delays in getting projects done.

Richard Heller

Hellerphillipsrenos has had an excellent working relationship with Colin at Pella Windows over the years. He has always been very professional and responsive when taking care of our window and door orders. One of the most important aspects of a window order for us is that the delivery date is respected. Pella has never let us down. The quality and performance of Pella windows is also of huge importance for us. We have never had any callbacks from our clients who have chosen to use Pella. Thanks for the great service Colin. Richard Heller Hellerphillipsrenos

We have dealt with Pella in the past for our front door and windows and were extremely pleased with the quality and service. When we needed to replace our storm door we did not shop around but went to the best. Colin Koorzen, Pella consultant braved a storm to visit our home and took time to explain the procedure. Very professional and pleasant and I would say another reason to shop Pella. Thanks for your detailed attention and quality of work.

Susanne Cork

Truly a unsatisfactory experience, if I could have given zero start I would have. We purchased new windows for our home, ALL the windows. It was a sizeable investment and the ONLY positive experience was our installer who was stellar - beyond that, we have been very unhappy with the dismissiveness and after sales service. Our windows were installed in July, we are STILL missing a screen - we had to follow up several times by phone and email to finally be told it came in last week damaged, now we will wait till February, which is apparently OK according to our sales person, because no one opens windows at this time of year - well thank you for that advice. We are also still awaiting the putty and paint with which to repair the nail holes in the frames from installation. When we tried to escalate, we were told that our Sales person's manager had nothing more to tell us, and they are not able to provide contact information for anyone in the company. I googled an executive who told me that I was not his customer. For the money we spent - this is by far the WORST service we have ever received.

Pauline S

I have work with Jeffrey Darabaner from Pella for many years now. I've always found him to be very friendly and knowledgeable. he always takes the time to understand my needs and finds the best solution for me. When my home got hit by the tornado, he was there for me to help rebuild my life and home. The install was done exactly as expected and I am very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Jeffrey Darabaner for any of your window or door needs.

We were looking for a wooden entry door for our house and were pleased to find a company here in Ottawa that offered that option. We are very pleased with the options found at Pella; mahogany oversized traditional. Jason was very helpful (également bon service en français) for the first questions, followed by equally great service from Collin. He came over twice to our house to make sure our choices were feasible.

Great products, great service!

Reid was very knowledgeable about the products and the surrounding architectural requirements of a heritage home. It was quite pleasant to discuss the structural and aesthetic requirements with someone trained in architecture.

Catherine Brisson

I recently ordered the Pella Architect patio door through Jeff and I was very pleased with the door. It was delivered on time, it's great quality and the service was excellent. We shopped multiple companies and we are very happy with our decision to go with Pella.

Francie Ducros

Pella provided a service above and beyond our expectations. From the very first time we met Collin Koorzen, we knew we were in good hands. We originally delayed our decision to go ahead due to Covid, and anticipated delays on our end. Collin was flexible and understanding. When we finally went ahead, he guided us through options and stayed in touch throughout the installation. There were furthermore no delays to the work. The product and service was so good that we went back to him to add windows that we had not thought of doing. Thank you Collin and Pella.

Ventura's service is in a league of it's own. His work was extremely professional. I would strongly recommend asking for his assistance. He was able to answer all my questions, give great recommendations and suggestions with regards to what type of windows I should have in my home. He made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. Thank you Ventura!

Sanchez Homes

We have worked with Pella on a few projects and they have always delivered on time coupled with a high level of customer service. The current project we are working with Pella is on a beautiful Heritage home. Colin has already invested countless hours in ensuring the windows will be accepted by the City of Ottawa Heritage Department.

Sheila Fleury

Wonderful working with Collin, very professional and thorough, really knows the products well and ensures he provides enough detail to help the customer make an informed decision on which product best suits your needs! I can hardly wait for the installation of my new windows!

Scott Cherkewich

We visited the Ottawa showroom the afternoon of Wednesday, November 11th and waited 20 minutes or so while the single person working helped another Customer. Consulted with Colin A. about purchasing new front doors, we had a good idea what we wanted so inside 15 minutes we had chosen what we wanted. Colin took down all details and assured us we would have a quote the next morning. Waited all of Thursday...nothing. Called Colin Friday morning, he had been overwhelmed with his workload but would have a quote to us by noon. Friday by noon...nothing. Wrote an email to Colin Friday afternoon...no response as of Sunday. At this point we would never purchase anything from Pella based on the experience to date but just beware, not a well run or well staffed business.

Donald-Daniel Picard

Good product, good service!

Mabel Paradis

Since we needed to change our windows this year we decided to visit the E/Y center for the Home and garden show for windows last weekend. We stopped at Pella’s window showroom, we spoke with many of their consultants which were all very pleasant to talk too. We took an appointment with Pella ‘s consultant named Collin Koorzen .We also had two other companies booked for appointments that very week. When Mr. Colin Koorzen, visited us, he took all the time we needed to answer all of our questions, which we had quite a bit and he also explained the procedure. A very professional and genuine person, so much that he had us sold on Pella windows, where we had to cancel the other appointments we had made. Thank you Mr. Koorzen, you sure would deserve a bonus! Mr. and Mrs. Paradis.

Paul Peb

The windows look awesome, the installers were great, good overall experience.

Ian Mortson

I would absolutely not recommend contacting Pella for a quote. We had them in to get a window replacement quote late summer 2018. We didn't go with them, but received a few phone calls over the following months, both from the sales rep and the head office. The calls stopped after asking nicely a couple times and finally angrily ordering them to stop. We've received mail from Pella every 4-6 weeks since the quote, despite asking them to stop twice. It is now July 2019, almost a year later.

Nancy Rail

Jeff Darabaner took his time to show us different options and we were very happy to zero in on the front door we wanted. Very knowledgeable explaining the details.

Rick Shean

Great service and attention to detail!

Great product Great service I would highly recommend

REVIEW Never again. In July 2018, I signed a contract with Pella to replace several old inefficient windows and a patio door with new efficient ones because the room where they were was too cold in winter and too hot in summer. After a delay of about three months, the windows and patio door were installed at my home. With the onset of winter, the problems really started. The new windows and patio door appear to offer very poor insulation: all winter long, the room where they are installed was far too cold to be usable with temperatures falling to about 8 - 15 C (despite forced air heating). The glass and frames of the windows and patio door exhibited severe icing issues (despite maintaining a relative humidity of about 40%). All winter, the woodwork of the patio door and a half circle window were soaking wet from freeze thaw cycles and mold stains have started to appear. After repeated requests for corrective action and another delay of about 4 months, some weather stripping around the moving half of the patio door was replaced. Needless to say this does nothing to remedy the negligible insulation afforded by the glass in the windows and door. Not only have I wasted a lot of time trying to get these issues resolved but I have also spent more than $16K on Pella windows and doors that perform no better in winter than the old defunct windows and patio door that they replaced. After more than 5 months, all I have had from Pella are a series of denials and attempts to rationalize the problems. Subsequent (repeat) written requests to correct these issues have gone unanswered. Four photos are attached.

Excellent knowledgeable sales representative came to my home and gave me a quote and excellent advise.

Beyond disappointed with this company. Window openings were incorrectly measured and three out of four windows were the wrong size, but were installed anyway. Removed existing windows without making sure new ones fit. One mis-sized window had been leaking for 2 months while we waited for Pella to replace it, resulting in damage to our wall. Door was installed improperly – not centred in the opening. Two windows were installed in the space where new window sills are supposed to go. Pella takes no responsibility for their mistakes and instead of supplying windows that are the correct size, insists that massive amount of caulking used to fill gaps are acceptable. Damage to our floors, walls, cedar siding, trees and plants in garden have not been addressed – will have to be repaired/replaced at our own expense. Full payment was charged to our account the day before the installation, so we had no opportunity to approve completed work before 100% payment was made, and therefore, no leverage to get Pella to make things right. Many emails and voice mails have gone unanswered by multiple levels of staff, including Service Manager, Mike. Five months after initial install date we still don't have the right coloured screens (no reply to emails re: this). Service staff have been here multiples times without checking boxes and either have brought wrong stuff or not enough of something. Windows are actually great quality but don't get them to measure or install ... the just don't care.

In early June this year, I was looking for a window repair company to fix a broken Pella window glass pane on my home. To my surprise, none of the 10 local window companies that I called wanted to touch it, stating that Pella Windows are too difficult to work with. They all suggested that I contact Pella directly. And after just over 2-1/2 months, I now understand why. There is a Pella distributor here in Ottawa on Merivale Road, just a 5 minute drive from my home. So I called and left a message asking if I could just drop the window sash off and pick it up later the same day. I never received a call back. On many occasions throughout this ordeal, I tried calling several numbers in Canada, but no one at Pella answers a phone. So after trying many times to reach out through their website, and by phone to Pella in Ottawa and Toronto, one of their phone greetings suggested that all requests for repairs and quotes should be sent through e-mail. After finding an obscure e-mail address for the Ottawa location (425customerservice@pella.com) through their USA website, on June 17th I sent along specific measurements for the broken glass replacement, along with pictures and my request to drop it off on Merivale Road for repair. Their reply came back over a month later on July 24th, at which time they requested the same information that I had already sent them in my original e-mail?? I replied that same day, and provided the measurements and pictures again. Another month goes by, and they finally reply August 29th through e-mail and a phone message from a number in the Toronto area, stating that the glass cannot be repaired and that I have to purchase a whole new sash (window). I called the number, but again no one answered the phone. So I sent them another e-mail asking for a quote on just the part. The next day, they provided a quote of just over $1,100 + HST for the part only, no labour on a 17" x 45" window section. To add insult to injury, they noted that I was being given a 20% discount because of their bungling of my request. This is an absolute joke. I had a huge commercial storefront plate glass window replaced last year for $900, labour included. How does this even compare? In the meantime, my window is still all taped up & broken, and will have to try and tackle the repair myself. HOMEOWNERS SHOULD BEWARE, PELLA WINDOW GLASS CANNOT BE REPAIRED unless you replace the entire window at a VERY HIGH COST. Here's some advice for anyone considering their product - People in Pella window houses should definitely not throw stones. Mark L - Ottawa

From the time Colin Koorzon came to the house to give us an estimate, until the time of completion of the job, we felt we were well taken care of throughout the process by the Pella team. Colin was professional, patient, friendly and knowledgable and went above and beyond to assist us throughout the process. The installation by Francois Pitts and his son was done with a minimum of disruption and Mark Gibeault (I am unsure if I have the name spelled correctly, my apologies if it is not right), who installed the grills and will be coming back to fix a few minor problems that slipped through factory quality control, was professional, meticulous in his work, and personable and we appreciated his assistance in getting the minor problems fixed. Our co-ordinator of the job, Bukola Adesokan, was helpful as well in keeping us informed. The windows are great and the match to the interior wood was just what we were hoping for. We were also pleased with the after purchase warranty and that it is transferrable. My only suggestion is that in the future they inform buyers that the removable grills won't be installed at the same time as the windows. Due to lack of communication that was a bit of a surprise for us. All in all a positive experience. We thank all the people involved and would definitely recommend this company.

Kim Lymburner

Installation of front door and side window was done very efficiently and professionally in one day. The door and window look great.

Justin Jager

Terrible customer service, and broken promises. Missed deadlines by over a month and some products arrived not as ordered. Great to deal with when they see the projected sale, but once payment is made and order is placed good luck getting any assistance or an honest straight answer. Our window and door order was almost 6 weeks later then the originally promised date. The date was moved by 3 weeks for some windows, 4 weeks for others, and 5 weeks for the last window. Guess what.... some windows arrived 3 weeks late, then the day before another batch was to be delivered they pushed delivery another 2 weeks and 3 weeks for the last window. Who knows how much further they will continue to push these out but buyer be aware. The absolute worst customer service you will ever encounter. Let's just see if they come to fix the unit that was manufactured incorrectly... UPDATE: weeks have gone by and no one has been to the house to fix the incorrect door, or fix any of the manufacture defect's. Snow is coming and daylight can be seen through the weather stripping of the front door. Not to mention we installed our new handles and the door was manufactured so poorly it won't even latch closed the deadbolt needs to be utilized in order to keep the door from blowing open. What an outfit. Justin Jager
