Selling a home is always a daunting experience – it involves plenty of logistics along with inevitable emotions. Choosing the broker to guide you through this complicated period can make all the difference. Bindu Patel makes that difference. I have dealt with several brokers before, but none has matched her professionalism, efficiency and vibrant personality. Her particular quality is that she “listens” and understands your needs – and is not solely focused on making a sale – and makes sure the right decisions are made for the client prior to the sale. I think I would say that the principle word here is “trust” – which most certainly was the true reason that led to the sale of the house in record speed – which is vital and gives the client extended time to prepare for further things. I personally will make a point in working with Bindu in the future and I highly recommend her services for anyone that wants expertise in real estate – all wrapped up in a splendid character.
