We met with Abhay Vaid and immediately felt comfortable and confident with his ability to handle the plans for our new addition to our home . From the very beginning, Abhay was professional, pleasant, capable, knowledgeable, caring and responsive. Emails, texts or phone calls were responded to speedily. As Project Manager, Abhay handled every aspect in great detail, from our conceptual design, to drawings to final permit. Abhay was very thorough and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process and when required, he went above and beyond to drive the project forward. No stone was left unturned. I can wholeheartedly recommend V.A Architects Inc.. They really do care and are passionate in what they do!
