Pedro did the project for the two storey addition to our home. The comprehensive architectural drawings were delivered in a timely manner and he had no difficulty getting the permit to start construction on time. If you are looking for an Architect Pedro is the only man that will do all he sets out to. My previous home owner wanted to sever the lot and do all by himself, well 600 people showed up in dispute for the proposed site. I hired Pedro Pimentel to design an addition for my home he did a wonderfull job,design,drawings,worked with me, contractors, town of Oakville and went door to door with a petition made by himself in support of my addition. Not one person showed up at the town meeting of dispute of this new endeavor. I can't tell you how resourceful he is. He dealt with Oakville Hydro, the planning commission, permit people, tree protection people, designers, anyone or anybody that had to have dealings with this house, he got it done from start to finish. It's refreshing to know there are people out there that actually accomplish what they say they are going to do.Way to go buddy, I won't hesitate to pass on a referral to you.
