In addition to design, Richard and his team will coordinate all submissions between municipal departments, engineering departments etc, up until Final Building Permits are issued, in a seamless and efficient process. Wouldn't bother contacting them for possible projects, they never call you back Everytime I call them the reception says he's in a meeting I'll get him to call you back. Well it been over a week and no call back. And I have reached out twice to try and a meeting up. If trying to get a meeting is this difficult I can't imagine what would happen if you went forward with a project with this company. Save your time and look for somebody else
