They were friendly and professional as they worked with us through a long and very thorough design process for an extensive renovation of our personal home. We love the plan that we ended up with. Ultimately, we made the difficult and sad decision to not proceed with the build phase of our plan. But even through that part of our process Spencer remained friendly, supportive and understanding. Developing our house plans could not have been easier than with One One Ten. We came in with a rough idea of what we wanted and left with a beautiful design with everything we wanted in a house. Great ideas and every one of them was thought out for function and design. The 3D designs they do made visualizing what the house will look like so easy and allowed the interior and exterior design of the house to come together into a masterpiece.
