(Translated) We made a request for an estimate and blocked a half day because one person was supposed to come by to also answer a few questions. After waiting all afternoon, we called the next day to find out what had happened. We are told that the person has come to do the estimate. However, no one rang and the garden is closed. Not only do we not understand how the estimate could have been made but, in addition, we are called liars when we are surprised that no one has come. I admit that this is not a good way to treat customers and it shows how courtesy seems to no longer interest them. (Original) Nous avons fait une demande d'estimation et avons bloqué une demie journée car une personne était censée passer pour aussi répondre à quelques questions. Après avoir attendu tout l'après-midi, nous avons appelé le lendemain pour comprendre ce qui s'était passé. On nous dit que la personne est venue faire l'estimé. Néanmoins, personne n'a sonné et le jardin est fermé. Non seulement nous ne comprenons pas comment l'estimé a pu être fait mais, en plus, on se fait traiter de menteurs lorsque nous nous étonnons que personne ne soit venu. J'avoue que ce n'est pas une bonne façon de traiter les clients et cela démontre à quel point la courtoisie semble ne plus les intéresser.
