I have done work for Jim Bell . He told me it was fine to work on his property in Quebec. He told me what to tell anyone who asked. We were fined when his suggestion didn’t work. I’ve paid over $1000 in fines. He won’t answer my calls much les pay his bill. I’ll never work for jerk again. Answer your messages Jim. And next time, tell people the truth
