I was immediately impressed by the speed with which Patricia at Bamboo Design answered my online query about their flooring. Over the phone (I’m in BC) she helped me select samples and dispatched them immediately. We had several email exchanges as well as telephone conversations during the ensuing weeks and, while I ultimately will likely decide to use a local vendor for my floors, I can’t stress enough how impressed I am with the customer service I received from Bamboo Design. As a former customer services manager for General Motors, I know excellent customer service when I receive it and, If I lived in PQ, I’d be ordering my floors from Bamboo Design, without question.

Products are from China but they sell it as a « Californian » floor. Really bad service, you can’t return less than 5 boxes. They charge you 25% on top of it for returns. When we received the delivery, the worker drop the pallet to the ground, breaking a lot of the boxes. They never did anything for that. It’s not a distributor that works well with contractors. Do not spend your money there. Be careful with all the reviews, it’s the owners family and friends that made those comments.
