I was fortunate enough to work for this company for years, and learn many of my skills in the trade from Roald himself. He is passionate and meticulous about his work, unhappy with anything less that perfection and precision. One of the hardest working, most upfront and honest people I've met, with an incredible work ethic and ability to deliver the finest product on time, on budget at competitive prices. On numerous occasions He, myself, and others in the company would happily cut into our own time to accommodate customers. He runs an old fashioned company where you as the client aren't just a customer but often turns into a wonderful business relationship and friendship. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to renovate their space, add on to their home, decorate with high-end carpentry or concert art, or build the home of their dreams. I highly recommend Roald Smith Construction for renovations or building a house or for anything to do in order to make your house nice. I got to know them 2 years ago when I decided to renovate my kitchen and master bedroom. Their work is amazing! In order to ensure that they finished Christmas, they even worked on weekends! Because of the first wonderful experience , I asked them to demolish an old house and build a new one for me. It turned out to be another perfect experience and beautiful work! In summary, I have three reasons to recommend this company. First, quality:they use good materials and their work is wonderful. Second, reasonable price: Roald Smith, the owner, is a honest and easy going person and always keeps his word. Third, great after-sale service: when I came across anything related to the reno or the building, I contacted them, they always were there and gave me the best suggestions and support.Roald Smith Construction is a great team!
