Professional, prompt and friendly service. Logan and Jeremy (and the techs) have been great to deal with. We had some minor issues with our tub initially and it was dealt with immediately. We were very pleased with the service. We go there for all our water testing and chemical needs.

I waited a year for beachcomber to not deliver a hottub. Went to Frontenac pools and they told me they could deliver next week. I have heard a lot of song dance from other pools places around Kingston about stock and wait times everywhere else told me maybe Feburary. This place adapted and got a distributor who could deliver. I am super excited for my tub to arrive.

Great service. Called them with an issue for my hot tub. They came to see it same day, stayed until it was fixed, and didn't charge us for the service as it was under warranty. Friendly owner and staff. Highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase a spa or hot tub.
