This man rated me as a buyer after selling trees to me !! Bought 18 cedars @ four dollars a foot all to be 5foot had three five footers and every one of the others were less than 5 foot and I mean less Brian and his helper put them in my trailer before I got out of the truck ,man they were quick now I know why ! Drove home and contacted him after unloading with pictures of my 5 foot grandson and a tape measure !! Was not driving back from omemee area his answer was measure from the root in that case most measure 3 to4 ! Tells me some were more than 5 ,not true ! Finally told me contact the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU !!!! Did him one better contacted REVENUE CANADA !!!!since cash is is king and taxes must be paid enjoy your KARMA

Lots of difficulty getting him to plant a replacement tree for the one that he originally put in! I began messaging him on September 12th, where he kept promising to stop by and plant an apple tree! I reminded him many times and he kept responding with he’s over worked! Monday I asked him for a Time and date he finally said Friday morning! He never came! I had the money ready and was once again a no-show! I’m very disappointed in the way we were treated! Not cool at all!

Brian and his team were awesome, respectful and very professional. My River Birch is absolutely beautiful and we cannot wait to watch our weeping willow grow with our grandchildren. We had five trees planted and 70 cedars. We would not hesitate to have O’Hagen Trees come back and plant more trees for us. We highly recommend them.

I found Ohagan Trees on Facebook marketplace. After numerous conversations via messenger we placed an order for more than $3000. In trees, planting and delivery. At first Brian was very up on his replies, at time slow but always took a minute to say he would get back to us in a “given time frame” Our order was delivered and planted, we had left Brian free reign of the property. Explained where we wanted certain trees planted. He left without checking in with us, no pictures followed his departure, as promised, until I asked for them. Once home we noticed that no stakes nor protection from critters were placed on the trees, we had not ordered this, to be honest we thought it was included with the planting service. These trees ranged from $125 to $600 each! I contacted Brian right away, he did set up an appointment to return and stake the trees, he waived his initial estimate for this, gratefully. We had asked that one of the pear trees be moved as it was planted within two feet of a mature apple tree. He sent me a text after he left our property, telling me that he put the stakes in BUT that he did not and would not move the pear tree as (he claims) we told him we would be removing the mature apple tree. NOW regardless if this was said or not (not) I am very surprised that he did not take the initiative to move the tree and keep his customer happy. IMMEDIATELY after reading his text I called, he did not answer my call. I sent a text asking him to call either of us. I was trying to reach him before he left the property TO NO AVAIL Since then (4days) we are trying to reach him endlessly, Facebook, Text Messaging, Phone Calls. He does not pick up, he does not reply, he does not call us back. This is NO WAY to keep your clients happy. We had already given his number to a couple of neighbors, we’ve since told them to wait. We had plans to purchase more trees in the fall, that won’t be happening. Lastly, Ohagan Trees does not offer any guarantee on there trees, I would understand if we were just buying the trees but we paid for planting, this should warrant some sort of guarantee. All of this could be avoided, I take no pleasure in leaving a negative review. I am leaving 1 star because the trees themselves are nice. THE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP HAS TURNED HORRIBLE!

I bought a few trees off them to replace one that fell down in my parents yard. We bought a couple of sugar maples and my mind was blown away by the price - the business also came out to put them in the ground. The guy I dealt with was very professional and gave us instructions on how to take care of the trees. The trees are looking great and healthy so I decided to order from them again. These guys are so affordable I decided to go luxury and get a pear tree. I’m excited to see O’Hagan trees plant this new baby of mine at my new house. I’ll post again my experience again then!
