We saw the models on highway 35 and after looking at summer wood, Costco and lots of other builders we called the owner Niklaus , he came to our cottage site and we reviewed the site and made a deal for his loft model , it was installed last week and we slept in it that night , very good construction , we made some modification b4 with Nicklaus , added in large windows , added steel door . He and his crew came at 7am , dug out the appropriate footings and installed it, would highly recommend Niklaus and his crew . We live our new bunkie !

Niklaus likes to try and run a “handshake” business based on trust. Unfortunately, he does not honour his word nor commitments. He installed the wrong colour metal roof on our shed (even though we provided the specific product code to order), I did not catch the mistake on the day of install. After notifying him, he has taken 4 weeks to come back to the site, and has been extremely rude and dismissive of our concerns. He has basically said it is our tough luck and he has no intention of correcting HIS mistake, do not do business with this unprofessional and dishonest person!!!
