They are very detailed and took care of everything. We were thrilled with the quality of the materials as well as all of the trades. We highly recommend them!

Horrible company, I was part of Gallo island disaster. Everything framed incorrectly. 2 or 3 subcontracted framing crew while I was there . Just butchered this place but I think the Galllos or whoever owns that place better line up with another lawsuit . Cedar coast unorganized bunch of amateurs trying to take unsuspecting customers money then put everyone through hell. I would never use this company. Bert Bongers a rel sheister . Yes Don’t give this company your money call another qualified home builder like tamarack. FAKE REVIEWS!!I was there for the Gallo island night mare . Maybe mr Gallo himself should read this and comment on what really went on on Gallo’s island. Everything out of square , framed wrong from start to finish . How’s many trades , where fired And quit during the job Bert? This project was a complete disaster,2million dollar waste of money as far as I’m concerned. The only thing fake about the reviews is the 5 star rating you give yourself!! Stay far away from this company. And if the true owner of gallo island wants more info we can give he or she whatever info they need on that disaster. We have documented events and photos of the lawsuit coming against Mr Bongers .Also Admitted by their own project manager Ben himself on what a disaster that place turned out . So how’s that for fake Bert !! And real customers .Ask the gallos what they think of cedar coast homes .Theres a real review ya !! Your “stellar” reputation is your own fake review. I don’t know what more can be stated about your company other than STAY AWAY. Your 5 star reputation comes only from your own status of reputation it is by no means the reflection of your company. Just trying to save face. CHR Roofing is a reputable company and you can ask our customers in regards to our service and workmanship. This is pure slander. We where extremely dissatisfied in the poor quality of material & workmanship this company used on our new home at gallos island near port loring Ontario. Everything Bert Bongers and his company did here was unlevel out of square & fired & rehired multiple subcontractors who only made things worst . In the end we had to hire another company to come finish this nightmare they’ve created . A lawsuit coming against this company! A definite 2 thumbs down in this builder . . Muskoka Soul Extraordinary Escape

At Muskoka Soul we built, own and operate two luxury vacation properties on Lake Muskoka. We first met CedarCoast in 2006 when researching many builders in the area to build our first property. Having already looked at many other options we decided to choose them for our first build. We are glad we did! We had a short time frame for the project. After design was completed in the spring, they excavated the property in May and the house was completed and decorated in October the same year. The whole team from management and inside design, through the on-site project manager and trades all worked seamlessly together. We were thrilled with the final outcome and we went on to build our rental business. In the years that followed Pat and the team was always available and acted quickly if a small issue popped up, even if the issue was not their responsibility. We have let them team show our house as an example of their work and on occasion spoken to prospective clients looking for a build. In 2015 when we purchased our second property there was no second thought about choosing a builder. We were not going anywhere else but CedarCoast. The second property was a bigger build, over the winter, on a steep lot steep lot and some environmental restrictions. Lots of potential challenges. Again the inside and on-site teams worked well through a frigid snowy winter to get the project completed in record time. They excavated and blasted in Fall 2015 and we were complete and decorated on June 1st , 2016 when we welcomed our first guest. When an obstacle or change came up they always worked quickly with us to deal with the item in a creative and thoughtful manner to achieve the best result and keep on track. Over 12 years we have had over 1000 guest groups at our properties. Those guest have provided over 500 5-star written reviews. A huge reason for our success is the quality of the Cedar Coast builds. The trust we have in CedarCoast is absolute and we highly recommend them. They are a great team of people you would enjoy working with on what could be a most important project in your life.
