Josh designed a beautiful detached Shop / Garage with Loft for us. He had a few constraints to work with including challenging terrain and grade, plus the design requirements for matching the house design, tandem garage style, post and beam, deck and natural light requirements and delivered a stylish and practical drawing for us to build from. He is extremely professional and talented. A very good listener in understanding the clients needs and delivering back ideas to meet expectations. It was a process and took a couple iterations due to our changes yet Josh was patient and very thorough in his design. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend his services.
