We had a great stay at this property. We stayed for 2-nights. You are assigned a cabin for your stay. Beautiful lake view while you dine. Pool area is nice, safe (gated). There is a shuttle that takes you into town.

This place is like the center of my heart. My husband and I have been here twice, once to celebrate my golden birthday and the other time for our baby moon before welcoming our second child. Every time we’ve been here, we’re treated like gold. The rooms and grounds of the lodge are absolutely beautiful, and views of the lake and mountains are breathtaking. Even though it’s not far from our home in Edmonton it feels like an escape from our regular hustle and bustle. It’s a very special place for my husband and I, and forever will be. Can’t wait to go back.

My fiance and I stayed at the Jasper Park Lodge for a night and we're quite disappointed with the general cleanliness and state of the room. The duvet had brown and yellow stains, the bedside table looked like it had not been wiped down in weeks - it was covered in dust and felt dirty. The wine glasses provided in the room had lipstick marks. The toilet paper holder in the washroom was broken as well. It deserves three stars because the staff at the resort were friendly and helpful, and our experiences dining and renting bikes went smoothly. However, the condition of the room was so poor that I only gave two stars. However, as far as expectations go, we were severely let down by the brand and don't recommend spending the extra money as the quality of the room did not match even that of a two star hotel.

Well, it's incredibly expensive, with limited dining options, but it is a beautiful environment to spend time in and the suites are very nice. Resident goose flock makes walking the grounds a bit tricky. Recommend driving into town to sample Jasper's foodie spots for variety, and actually better dining experiences.

We asked for “the nicest room available” and were given a cabin that was pretty basic and not worth the price at all. The bed was uncomfortable, pillows were flat.. was not worth the amount we paid at all. They told us there was a jacuzzi with jets in our room it was a bathtub in the washroom very misleading. All of the food was over priced and charged grat and delivery fee everytime, the meat and cheese board was a joke barely any food to pick from I would have grabbed food from the grocery store if I knew it would have been so bad. I will not stay here again I will book an air b&b in Hinton which we did before we stayed the night here and actually get what I paid for with a better experience.

I don’t write a lot of reviews at all, but after dining at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. I was blown away by the service we received from Carlos who was our server on Sep 7, 2020. He was very kind and accommodating. We not only enjoyed the delicious food but also the service that we received. You could even tell that Carlos was always smiling under his mask. Truly remarkable and my hats off to this gentleman. Cheers!

50/50. It's nice, staff treats you well. Depending on the season and day of the week it can be kind of loud, unless you pay the premium to get out on the edge of the resort. Can't beat the views though.
