We used Richie and his design team for permit drawings during COVID-19 and I cannot say how thankful we were that they were able to deliver quality work remotely! He took his time and thoroughly gave me options with designs. He had a structural engineer accredit the work and all city inspections ran smoothly. I would highly recommend. We looked into a few other companies that just didn't even call us back or would take weeks to respond.

they were hired to design and build . they brought an estimator whose estimate was $1.5 million. They kept on working on drawings for 3 years and found out we will need another $0.5 milion for the city's development charges. their estimator now estimated that it will cost an extra $2 million to complete the.building my criticism is the fact that they did not ask the city if they agreed with the project. the city never told him that they do not like the project. the city kept on raising road blocks and he kept on responding for 3 years. we wound up with no building and spent $100,000 in his and his consultants fees and approximately spent thousands of dollars in surveys for soil analysis, noise analysis, ttaffic analysis parking analysis, feasibility studies etc etc. i think he failed to advise us with sincerity. we should have been advised and he should have known about all the expenses that were involved. had we known we would have watered down our project.

Fed Up

Richie has misrepresented himself as an architect which he is not. He has scammed me out of thousands and I have to pay another company a second time to fix all the errors so my plans can be accepted by the planning department. He also caused a lengthy delay to my project due to his incompetence. Be wise and do your homework. This guy can ruin you financially and cause you severe stress in ways you could never imagine.
