After permit was submitted and construction began, there was a couple issues requested by city building inspectors for clarification. Justin is completely and utterly incompetent. After months of delays and failing to respond to emails and phone calls he produced drawings for an addition that were nothing like what was requested and were actually impossible to build from. The existing house was not even measured and the roof pitch was estimated from google earth. This incompetence nearly cost me thousands of dollars. Thankfully I noticed the huge errors and promptly fired Justin and hired a real architect. Do not waste your time or money with the incredibly arrogant Justin Kelly who gets his coworkers to stamp his drawings.
