On the most recent property, on a recommendation I went to someone else, (a mistake I will never make again) and after pre-approval was in place, and an offer was accepted with all financing conditions waived , the broker advised me that there was an issue with the lender and the approval was pulled. I immediately contacted Paul and he worked miracles for me. Not only was he able to pull this off he only was given a few short days to get it figured out.
