I dealt with Jim D. I had received about 5 different quotes for a relatively minor landscaping job at my house. We were looking at cleaning up the front yard and boulevard, laying sod and moving around some stone and plantings. Imagepro’s quote came in at a reasonable cost for what we were having done. Jim and I arranged a time to meet at my home shortly after I had contacted him. We took about 10 minutes, walked around my property and discussed in broad strokes what I would like done. He gave me a written estimate the next day and we booked the work. Jim’s crew arrived when they said they would, finished when they said they would, charged exactly what I was quoted and did exactly what we wanted. We are more than happy with the work and the end product and would highly recommend them to anyone. In fact, I’ve already referred them to a few neighbours who stopped by to ask. Excellent work.

Terrible customer service and work in general. Hired Jim to do a new patio for us. Patio started to fall apart within 2 months. He refuses to return phone calls or respond to emails. All I wanted is what I paid for, but I guess in Jim's case that doesn't happen. He just wants his money and then doesn't care a bit after that. Would not hire this guy to even cut my grass, scary to see him do more work like this for others and rip them off too!!!!! Again, "HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORK"!!!!!!!!
