Came in looking at rods and a minn Kota troller. Customer service was great, I was helped out by a Jack in the fishing department. I don't often run into kids who know more than me about fishing but he gave me some great insight. Almost talked me into getting a new graph as well but sadly a graph isn't in my budget RN. Was a bit disappointed that they don't carry the Conquest rods.
