I enjoy visiting this sweet shop. It has a great atmosphere, an appealing layout and the customer service is so friendly and helpful. I trust the taste and judgment of the staff's opinions on interior design. I have purchased a few pieces of decor which bring me joy. I recommend stopping in and checking out the beautiful variety of home decor which they offer along with inquiring about their design services

I had a terrible experience at this store. I purchased a variety of bedding from Reimagine Design. When one of the sheet sets arrived, it was the wrong colour (blue rather than gray). I returned it and was given a huge hassle--I was charged a 15% restocking fee and told that the sheets were gray. The staff member issued me a credit note, for nearly $150 which I luckily took a picture of...When I went back in to use the credit note, the staff member could not locate it. Thankfully I had the photo. I will NEVER step foot in this store again. Customer service is NON-EXISTENT! In reply to the store’s post: Anthracite is coal black or dark grey, not blue. Since posting I have heard from several other people of similarly negative experiences—it needs to be addressed with action, rather than excuses.

I have no opinion to offer on Mallory's talents as an interior designer; I would just warn you not to fall for the "initial consultation" fee as we did. If she wants your business then I'm sure she'll come and talk to you for nothing; if she doesn't want your business, she charges you $150 plus tax to tell you that. You get nothing at all for it.
