Lund's completed a large renovation in our backyard around our inground pool. The job they did was massive job - it took approximately 6 weeks and every day Lund's left our yard tidy, clean and secure. Peter, Jason, Travis and the rest of the crew were professional and meticulous through the entire process. From the initial quote right through the demolition, installation and the clean up afterwards, this group was nothing but a pleasure to work with!!! Lund's crew demonstrated care in everything they did, treating it as if it was their own. The end result is breathtaking, we couldn't be happier. They had a good plan for our yard's unique needs and promised to set the posts very deeply to help make a strong fence that could withstand winters. Their price was completely in line with their competitors. The finished product is now up, and it is a thing of beauty. We are delighted! Lund's Landscaping are quick to give a quote and quick to get the job done. However, they punctured the siding of my house while removing the concrete staircase and have yet to come and fix it.After multiple calls and emails requested they fix the damage made in October 2018, they have STILL not come to fix the siding. Stating staffing issues causing the delay, but I see multiple reviews and posts of completed work from this season and yet no one has come to fix last year's issue.

Had a deck and fence with gate built the gate warped within days it was obviously a rushed job, called repeated times to get it looked at but continually brushed off so I guess I can't use the gate, after spending over $16,000 you think you would get good customer service.

They built us a deck last summer and started landscaping. Was suppose to come back and finish landscaping and fix areas where hydro seed never took in spring. My yard looks green and yellow and flower beds wete not finished because it was too late in season. Told me they would be back in spring to finish. I called in spring they said soil too wet I kept calling and always told Im not forgotten they will get to us. So just recently called t o ask when we can go pick out flowers for garden as growing season is ended and dont want to have to wait again and when they'd be out. Got told that is extra $750.00. Already paid close to 30 thousand. Also deck needs repairs and got told highly doubt that without even coming to look. So now stuck with broken deck. Boards splitting rails loose. And a yard full of weeds and flower beds full of weeds. Would not recommend. Still waiting almost 1 year now.....still waiting 4 weeks since they respond to review...they wont even look at whats wrong....so 2 months since their review response have not seen anyone..now 3 months still no contact from them. Id give zero stars if I could. 4 months and no show since they posted. They never did come back...never ever showed up
