The front desk man was so helpful and kind. Not only to me to but to everyone coming and going. I had a problem with my booking(my fault) and he was very patient while it took me half an hour to sort out. He offered to carry everyones bags. The room was comfortable and clean. Lots of pillows and duvet blankets. Good sized room. Will stay again for sure!

200 deposit for damages then 25 for pet then 69 for hotel for a one night stay. I was very disappointed in price. I also was given a room when I first checked in that was pet friendly and walked in and it smelled like dog pee. I went back to front desk lady working July 8th 2018 at 7:30 PM and was told that the sheets were cleaned so she didnt understand why it would smell like pee. I explained that it must be in the ground, and so she just gave us another room. I felt like she was trying to charge my family and I for the smell simply because we had a pet, and she could once we left. Once we got into a new room then we tried to use showers and the bathtub floods after 10 minutes and my little girls were rushing to finish so Mommy and Daddy could hurry and bathe. Turning on lamps in room were scary because the wires wouldn't stay in the plugs. So we were in the dark pretty much the entire time. The breakfast room was sooo hot and tiny and had no juice or water just watered down coffee for everyone. I will stay away from Howard Johnnsons very disappointed.
