The hotel is good. It's got decent facilities such as gyms and pools. The beds and rooms are great! Had a wonderful rest during my time there. The bed was just right, not too firm, not too soft and the pillows are very soft. The best part for me was the breakfast, it's got a decent selection and on weekdays its open from 5:30AM-10AM. Overall 4/5

One thing that could help in this particular hotel is they should remove the top soap dish attached to the bathroom shower at elbow height , I have hurt myself and drew blood on a couple of visits to this hotel. I must not be the only one who has been injured because I noticed the last room someone ripped it off.

Guest service was good and catering to my needs. Breakfast i wish there were more options. Remote control tv I had a hard time changing channels. Maybe replacing remote would be good. Overall, was a good stay!

Very convenient. Right on the main travel way and very close to both restaurants and store if any supplies are needed.

Great room with comfy beds and pillows. For breakfast you will need to get there early as they start putting the stuff away early and the staff are not eager to keep the breakfast items out any longer than necessary. Nicely renovated and overall a standard Holiday Inn. The wifi and internet connectivity is atrocious though; almost impossible to keep any device connected for more than a couple minutes at a time.

I'm staying here while working in the oil patch. The front desk service was very slow, and the attendant only moderately helpful and friendly. My room wasn't clean when I got there and still not clean when I returned an hour later. To top it off there was no utensils in the room. Having stayed at other Holiday Inn Express's I know cutlery is standard in other hotels of the same chain. I've had great experiences with this chain in the past and I hope my next review will be more positive for this specific location. Update (from 2 stars): I had a unique problem with too much food for the room fridge to hold. The staff person was extremely helpful in finding space in the back fridge.
