It seems to work okay. Having lived in Alberta most of my life and using the bottle return depots there, the system in Fort Saint John can be frustrating. It far more time consuming and understanding what is returnable doesn't make sense at times. The staff are very helpful, efficient, and the depot is clean. Parking isn't great.

I'm sorry but that's the worst service an one ignorant lady , tsk tsk , would never be treated like that back home , sad , almost an hour getting in an out , wouldn't even be five minutes back east but they work and they definitely help you with a smile , definitely lack that here

Employees have major attitudes. Rude and lazy. They're not all bad but certain people clearly need a different job. Wish there was another bottle depot in town that would actually sort the bottles for you
