Asked server for cutlery, it never came, asked manager for cutlery,it never came. No napkins no fork,spoon, guess i'll eat my food with my hands. No tip and won't be back.

Check in was at 4 PM got here at 5:30 only to learn rooms where not ready. Ok ill go to bar yet bar closed do to remodel ugg. Alright ill go swim nope pool closed do to remodel ugg 1st impression not good thay should have told us group of 6 that this was going on we would of stayed in Minnesota yet im sitting on the street not happy .8:00 omg got in room vary nice went down for dinner had the cheddar berger ????going to bed hungry and angry
