DON:T HIRE HIM OR MOVE INTO ANY OF HIS PROPERTIES He ripped me off on an apt i rented from him. He took my money beginning of Oct. I received the keys a week later and planned on moving in before the end of Oct. When I tried to move in, the apt's basement and staircase was filled with mold. He also made me turn on utilities before I tried to move in. He said he'd take care of removing the mold, cleaning rugs, and spackling the apt by Nov 1st. Then it was Nov 15th, then it was Dec 1st. I had to go in to water my plants which were there when I tried to move in. His paint clothing never moved, he used different color paint to cover the nail holes, the rugs were still dirty, and he used bleech to remove the mold off wall by staircase. I had to get a mold test and the results showed that there is unhealthy mold spores that were air borne. Dark black mold was all over the basement room in which I was going to store my belongings and keep my cats litterbox. Green and black mold was all over the laundryt area too.He never moved any of his personal junk out of the room I was going to store my belongings in. I had my own entrance to the basement, I was going to living on the first floor. He ruined my holidays, and made me live out of boxes for 3 months waiting for him to repair and finish the apt. I ended up moving my couches and plants out on Dec 23rd. When I went there to get my mail I also found the apt back door open. He never told me that there was a ho,e for wayward boys nextdoor that were also cutting through the yard and pissing in the snow by the garage. I couldn't even store my bike there because the window on the garage door was busted. I had to pay 1st month and security and gas bills . He had the heat cranked up on my dime for him to paint. Most Professional Architects should know how mold should be removed. I was going through a breakup and I was trying to move out of my BF's house living out of boxes and he knew my despair and how I needed to get out. He is not to be trusted and does shady business. I didn't have 1,500 for him to rip me off and never give me my money back. He's a horrible person that would do this to a single woman trying to get on her feet , scumbags do that. DON'T HIRE HIM OR MOVE INTO ANY OF HIS PROPERTIES!!

He is not very professional. A few months ago he was suppose to give me the papers for construction but he never did. He continued to ignore of what I said for weeks. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE NOR TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE
