I was going to contact Lawns & More for 5 yards of lawn soil. I can understand poor reviews, the issue I found was every reply to said negative reviews by the owner were excuses and blame set on the customers. Never was ownership taken. The owner would rather take shots at the customers rathwr than peovide a level of customer service and maintain professionalism. The replies are childish. This and this alone says a lot about a company. For this reason I will not be using their services.

I would not recommend this company as I have used twice and have been disappointed in 2 of their products. I used their lawn soil and had listened to the sales clerk tell the customer ahead of me all about it. I understood that is was meant to go below a premium soil. I purchases and put on my front lawn to find out that it was full of gravel. I contacted the company and was told I would not have had the problem if I bought premium. I explained that the sales clerk neglected to mention gravel would be in their soil. I have been raking for days to remove and if you plan to use their soil these stones will surface every frost. I do not recommend using this product for any use.

Excellent Experience!!! Lawns & More did the lanscaping at the property next door to us, and due to the nature of the work, it was necessary for them to have to extend some landscaping onto our property. Their crew was professional, courteous and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. They did such a beautiful job on the landscaping that we hired them to put up a privacy fence to block out a horrible neighbour on the other side. The foreman, Greg and his crew did an awesome job on the fence. Despite the neighbour making life difficult for them every day of the job, the guys maintained their wonderful personalities and professionalism. We are very happy with the great job they did on the fence and how wonderfully they handled such a dificult situation. We would highly recommend Lawns & More for any landscaping or fencing needs!!! Many thanks to Cory, Tammy, Greg and their crews for an outstanding job!!

My visit was related to receipt of 5 yds top dressing back in April to cover some low areas. I planted grass seed a day or two later.There is grass growth but there is more weed of some sort than the grass i planted.There no such evidence of the same weed in the surrounding lawn. I provided the clerk a copy of the picture taken and she advised that the owner would advise what he thinks? Now a matter of wait and see. IT IS JUNE 15TH AND THERE HAS BEEN NO FOLLOWUP BY THE OWNER. Appears that the owner does not want to bother with my concern of the topsoil provided. They have lost a customer.

Contacted your company twice for work last year and this year. Left several messages. Took several weeks for a reply and finally promised an estimate. Not shocked that nothing became of it...not even a phone call. I will not recommend this company as customer service is non-existent. Seems only interested in large commercial jobs as their trucks do work right behind my house every week. Would have left a zero star rating if it was possible.

We cannot recommend Lawns and More. In July 2015, they installed a new front lawn, the quote included sod and 3” of topsoil. They spread 1” of topsoil at best, so not surprisingly the lawn has never taken properly, especially compared to the rear yard installed by another contractor. Now, we are giving up on this lawn, will dig it up and start again. This time with topsoil. I was reluctant to add to my frustration by calling them to discuss, but after urging from family and friends, called and left a message with the receptionist on May 11. So far (10 days) no response, so their customer care is as poor as their workmanship.
