Dave has an excellent grasp of current building trends, design and applicable codes, which contributes to his excellent reputation with city planning staff. He is also very skilled at schematics and an excellent communicator - keeping in regular touch with both his client and lead contractors. He was regularly available for site visits and provided the contractors with "as needed" consultations to keep the projects moving in the field.
