Do NOT use this man. He will totally take advantage. We paid this chump $5000 for a 700 sq foot addition. Unreal. Even the building inspector told us this man ripped us off. He charges “by the hour” so who really knows where he gets his figures from. Then the contractor and the building inspector both said the beams and things he said were necessary were totally unnecessary and just cost us more money. Do not waste your time with this guy. He’s a snake for sure.
