Prices seem to be different from Walmarts in bigger towns on a lot of items; the three star is because the only department that has an inkling of customer service is electronics. I shop there weekly, multiple times most months, get followed around depending on how I am dressed, whether my tattoos on my arms show or not, and have NEVER stolen a thing. I always pay, am always friendly and polite, and even worked there years ago as an independent contractor with no negative issues. Very discriminatory towards people of colour; especially first nations shoppers.

Store is smaller than the average Walmarts.. No McDonalds inside as it closed it's doors a few years ago...place is clean and tidy. The only reason this store is open is because one of the Walmart family owners bought the Douglas Lake Ranch a few miles down the road.

Good store. Very nice service reps but am disappointed regularly because items are generally not stocked very well. Super frustrating when an item is advertised on sale but not on the shelves to buy. The store misses out on a lot of money because of this.

Walmart has cheap prices that make it impossible for the competition to compare. They use child labour and sweat shops to accomplish this. Sure, paying less for things is nice, but so is knowing that the person who made your product is A) legally allowed to work B) working in safe and healthy conditions C) being paid fairly for their work and D) making the product because they want to work, not because they are forced to....for pennies a day....just to survive.

Worst management, I am from out of town visiting my grandfather who is ill in the hospital, and won't be leaving. We took photos and I came here to get them developed before I flew out of town back to Florida. They are closed on Mondays. The staff were amazing and very pleasant and would have been willing to accommodate the request, however the management team couldn't care about the circumstances and did even come to speak to us in regards to opening the photo centre to develop the photos so he could have them at the hospital. They made us wait and then got one of the staff to come over and tell us. I'm going to be writing a letter to the head office in Bentonville because I think it was lazy on behalf of management and unprofessional. You never know who your customers are. Now he may not get to see them because I will have get the developed and send them by mail which will take weeks.

Layout is a little different then I'm used to, but it works really good. Prices are higher than where I live but that's just being farther north lol. Staff members were kinda hard to find, but the lady at my till was awesome. Cracked some jokes and made me feel not so bad about how much everything cost ????

Walmart does have some of the lowest prices online! One of the things I love most about Walmart is the top-notch selection of unique professional vendors, you honestly get more selection from their online stores than their bricks and mortar. Walmart stays true to traditon with low and matching comparable prices, and the delivery is very quick. I have always gotten my order exactly has promised, and sometimes before I expect it! Its a great website with all the bells and whistles. It offers a tried and true shopping experience.

A very well organized store, everything is pretty easy to find, however they don't carry a lot of the things they used to. Their supply of fish matinence stuff is dwindling largely. They no longer carry any aquarium salt and the water conditioner bottles keep getting smaller.

Surprisingly quiet when we visited. Three cashiers were out ready to greet you as you move towards their tills. A bit smaller than we expected but the usual selection. We had a very friendly new cashier who wanted us to rate her service. Strangely there was no produce.

Lacks east Indian groceries. Considering the number of east Indian that live here, this walmart doesn't offer much. We have put in multiple requests on items that are available in other locations but they don't bring it. They also don't have much variety of fruits and vegetables. It definitely needs major improvements.

A Wal-Mart that actually has staff that can usually answer questions/ help. Parking is nearby & other customers are reasonably polite (unlike many Kamloops Wal-Mart: parking can be a miles away & customers are just rude!!) I just wish management would stop putting people in the electronics area that clear no nothing about electronics... or create a "TECH CHALLENGED" button for those staff... so I don't waste either of our time.

Alot of the times product on sale is out of stock. Cashiers are quite friendly. Our selection of food is being expanded to include vegetables and fruit which is great but it's a slow process. We dont have quite near the selection as one would would see from larger walmarts outside. The store is usually quite clean.
