Great service with a smile!

Make Siege Great Again

I had a terrific experience dealing with the sales associate here but everything fell apart when the sales manager became involved. I put in an offer on a vehicle and waited 2 hours only to hear back that the sales manager was on the phone for two hours selling the vehicle I put an offer in on to another customer for more money. Afterwards when I talked to the sales manager and said I would be leaving a google review of my experience he asked if I was threatening him. Next sales manager told me what goes around comes around and that karma was going to get me. I emailed the General Manager about my experience and what transpired but did not receive a reply or acknowledgement about what had happened. The sales associate experience was amazing but needless to say I will not be coming back and cannot support a company that treats customers like this. In my three years spent working in the automotive industry I’ve come across some very good and very negative experiences, suffice to say I had an experience that was highly unprofessional, very disrespectful, and I would suggest you look elsewhere.

i happened to be on the highway...coming home from The Pas. to STP...vehicle broke down..called your office n was referred for the next morning. I was given the help that I needed, staff was very professional in their work. Ii waited just like everybody, was given a shuttle ride to the hotel. I came back in the afternoon...got it fixed and was on the highway for home soon after that... I appreciate the job that was done. Very nice to know that I can bring my vehicle to any Ford dealership and get it done. Joe

Truck got dinged in a parking lot. The damage to my door was a bit more work than we all thought it would be yet, the body shop and parts department had my baby back to me in a week. The work and paint job was immaculate! The staff even noticed my baby was in need of an oil change and because I have LMP pre paid service, the service department got it into the shop and completed the maintenance needed and even rotated my tires! Now I don't have to worry about making a seperate appointment. All the work was done in a professional and efficient manner!! Highly recommend anyone and everyone use this location for all their auto needs!

My Cessna (actually sounded like a small plane when I drove it haha) has been retired! My truck gets almost the same mileage as my SUV. It's a quiet, comfortable ride, and I get almost 1000kms to a tank! That's Wpg, around the city, and part way home!! So glad I made the decision to retire my old ride and get into a new 2019 F150 Sport! You should have heard me, literally, squeal like a little girl at Christmas when the delivery truck showed up with my truck. I think they heard me a block away LOL

Service was done by a qualified tradesman who inspected all fluid levels and service points of vehicle. During the service inspection I was told my brake pads needed replacement which was done at a later appointment. I don't drive a Ford but they had no trouble with my Toyota.

They share the Ford culture of the custromer first but I find that Northland tends to go above and beyond for satisfaction and comfort. For example I had a tyre issue in the middle of winter. Not only did they troubleshoot with me and figure out my tyre problem, they returned my car with a clean windsheild, cleaned backup camera and sensors. They also always explain your paperwork in detail so you know what is happening with your vehicle and what you are being charged for.

They get you in very fast for service thats why there are stars in my review but 2 times in my last 4 visits the oil change i requested to be done with the other maintenance was not completed when i picked my truck up.The first time i brought it back in the next day to have it done having to go without a truck for another half day without any discount givin for forgeting to do the oil change. This time i will just do it myself im not returning there and going without a vehicle again. Also this visit was a warranty job as the ford factory parts put on were falling apart after 5000km and after looking into it online because i wondered what could have happened it seems they were probably not installed right the first time but this was just what i got from reading forums. This is the first review i have done after many visits as i am fed up with the service there as i have experienced some very expensive mis trouble shooting and being charged twice to diagnose the same problem.

I also know this dealership is good at aftercare and you don't feel abandoned after the sale. The service department is as helpful and professional as the front of house.
