Horrible -- This man did work without my consent. In fact I had asked him to hold off on any work because things were in flux...I told him to hold off repeatedly...That I'd let him know ...Turns out I was getting married hade to move and didn't need any more services - I was engaged to be married on October 3rd- He spent october doing drawings without my consent ...I told him several times that I was probably going to sell and I'd let him know if someone (the buyer) or my brother-in-law may want to carry on the process. He did the drawings in October...again without my consent. Further I get a wopping bill right after i told him I was getting married and wouldn't be moving forward. He must be in financial difficulty to play with people and rob them like this.
