I'd be very careful about working with this company (or at least the person you're dealing with). They covered gas pipes while doing landscaping in my back yard WITHOUT passing regulatory requirements. They also raised the grade of my back yard right up to the fenceline; again not according to regulatory requirements. As a newcomer to Canada I had trusted them to do the necessary changes according to regulations. But they did not. Be cautious when working with them. Otherwise the workers themselves are good.

I has a complete massive driveway planned and installed with Black interlock! Also fully planted gardens with trees and flowers. Wonderful job! Then, I had a Wood burning fireplace installed in the living room by Fossil. Then, I had the exterior of the porch, roof line and pillars painted by their excellent painter. They will not be the cheapest quote you receive, but they really make up for it with attention to detail and will spend the extra hours to make sure its done to 100% of your satisfaction. They do it all!

Hey everyone. I worked with this company from october to December as a landscape technician. I really enjoyed working here and i felt very welcomed and part of the team. I was paid fairly and on time and i got some good experience in construction too. Nick and andy took us out to dinner as well which was very generous of them. Fossil made every dream come true for the new patio and pool I wanted! I didn't think summer of COVID would be the best time for such a huge project but the workers were consistent and friendly. The project mirrored the plans they produced with the quote AND time and time again, phases were completed before we expected them to be! Do not hesitate and check out their Instagram! Incredible work.

Work was for landscape drawings. Owner Nik came out personally and took the time to understand our needs and what we were after. I like to ask a ton of question and Nik knew all the answers. This is not a small time company looking to make a quick buck. They are well educated in their respective fields and do things correctly; not just what is cheaper or "what everyone else is doing". I appreciate the quick turnaround and especially appreciate that someone will always respond quickly, you don't wait around for days for a response like a lot of contractors out there. Yes, they are busy (because they are in demand), so plan ahead.

This company's Twitter called me an "ASSHAT" (capitalization theirs not mine) and an "embarrassment" for asking Ad Standards Canada about a potential advertising violation by an unrelated company. Not sure why Fossil Landscapes felt it was its place to get involved, but they get an 'F' for use of crude, mean-spirited and unprofessional language on official social media, and more concerningly, a demonstrated lack of care about consumer rights. Please help make the internet a better place by not supporting this kind of online discourse.
