No Show. No Calls. 3X. Project was hoped to be done before the snow stays. Terrible . Wasted 3 weeks for them because someone said they were the best in town. Funny because I have quotes from out of ssm done within days. I Couldn't even get n estimate where others came within hours or days. Do not recommend if this is how business continues. Sad :(

Recently my elderly mother called about getting a quote to repair her garage door opener. They quoted her almost $500 for a brand new opener. I looked on the internet and quickly found out these openers wear out the gear in them which is fast and easy and very cheap to repair. I ordered the part. Changed it in 15 minutes and her garage door opener works as new again. Pretty sure they knew this but decided to take advantage of an older lady. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Never dealing with you guys again.

Had them fix a cable took all but 30mins and some hand tools.labour was really expensive. Invoiced the wrong company 2 times had to keep calling to have them send me invoice. Would not ever get or recommend.

Great experience with Andre and his workers.!! I have a brand name enclosed snowmobile trailer which had no cables on the front door. They installed the whole system for 1/3 of the price quoted by the local dealer. Fingertip raising and lowering is a blessing for my 70 year old muscles !! No hesitation in recommending them which I just recently did for another person needing a new installation ..thanks Andre and John !!

Very poor to no customer service. Last Thursday I drove to Soo Overhead Doors, the office ladies directed me to the shop where I spoke to a guy who proceeded to tell me that he wasn't "the guy" for garage doors. He took down my information, what I was looking for plus, I emailed him some pictures from my phone. I was told he would pass this on to "the guy" and that he would be in touch. Yesterday I called Soo Overhead Doors looking for "the guy" I was told that he was in but on the phone, give us your contact information and he will call you right back. I got home from work today, Thursday, one week later, still nothing. Guess I'm taking my money elsewhere! Mike

Called for a quote - 3 times. Each time they apologized and said someone would call me back. First excuse was that they were just about to call me. Second time they said they must have taken down my email/phone number incorrectly. Gave them the information again and it's been about a month and I still haven't heard back from them. Called another business and we did a quote on the phone - took all of 5 minutes.

Getting quotes was a little on the cumbersome side but once the door was confirmed everything went like clockwork. The door was installed within a day or two of when it arrived at their shop.

They fixed our garage door, the techs were great. However, and this is huge, the administration end is a disaster. Super unprofessional, little to no communication, their automated emails are irrelevant and annoying. It's like trying to squeeze customer service out of a rock. Make sure to double check what they charge you because apparently they don't keep track of deposits paid. Attached is their response to my asking how I can pay my bill when they sent an updated invoice with no comment. We didn't know when or if they were going to show up until 15 minutes prior. They essentially have a local monopoly and either they know they can treat their customers poorly and still continue to get business or they actually don't understand how to run a business (maybe the latter, since they sent me two automated emails asking for a google review).
