Useless... waste of money! We tried to work with draw design in 2017 and our architect could not grasp the the concept even after a dew meetings and email/phone exchanges. We were paying for a custom home design and we felt that we were being repeatedly steered towards one of their other designs that they had done for someone else. We had to repeatedly ask for revisions as they were not as per our meetings with the designer. We were very clear in our vision (nothing complicated in our opinion), we left every meeting with assurance from the designer that he understood our wishes but the drawings were not a reflection of that at all. We had to follow up many many times before we would hear back and were told that they were too busy..the designer himself admitted to dropping the ball a couple og times. We decided to just call it quits with them, we ended up losing our deposit that we had given and we were told that we actually owed them money in the end over and above that, even though we were not happy with the end product which was never according to the clear instructions that we gave our designer. After wasting $1,000 and more than 6 months we walked away and hired another professional architect who was able to give us exactly what we wanted within 3 months I would advise not to use this company if you are looking for a professional design firm with outside the box thinking....this business did not give us either.

She was very helpful in design and utility ideas and I found the project to be exciting and dynamic in scope. JOSH GAVE US THE HOME OF OUR DREAMS!! We are so glad that we chose Draw Designs for our custom home design. Custom home designs needs lots of patience, and Josh is an epitome of patience. Throughout the process we found him very warm & welcoming. He understood our vision of the house and did his best to accommodate almost everything that we could have asked for. We always found him patient & accommodating to all our requests/ changes. He always responded to our emails in a timely manner and also was so easy to book in person appointments with him. We had such an awesome and positive experience dealing with Josh. He is very professional, knowledgeable and thorough with his work. JOSH IS JUST THE BEST!! We first required 'As-Built' drawings of our home to form the basis or starting point of a major redesign of our exterior, while incorporating an addition to the front and the rear of the home. Along with that, the Draw Design team collaborated with us to develop a re-worked version of our interior floor plan to create an even more open and functional main floor living area, while enlarging and repositioning our master suite to the front of the home in order to access our new second floor balcony above the garage. Josh and the team were very responsive and attentive, and provided us with many excellent ideas and concepts to maximize the beauty of our soon to be redeveloped family home. The 3D renderings were especially amazing and allowed us to clearly visualize what the finished product would look like giving us even more confidence in the direction we were headed. We would highly recommend Josh and the Draw Design team to anyone that is considering doing a major remodel of their existing home or considering building a new one.

I started working with Jennifer early this past Summer of 2020. After speaking on the phone before setting up a meeting in person, I could tell already she was going to be great! :) Our first meeting in person was to discuss all my design ideas and vision for our new acreage home. I came in with my BIG binder of inspiration and floor plans I had sketched out that I wanted. She was so gracious and listened to every word and detail I had about my vision for our house. She was warm, friendly and genuinely wanted to help us create the home of our dreams!! We have worked together on it closely now for almost 6 months, had multiple phone conversations, a few in person meetings, and many many emails! I was so impressed every time with how patient she was. No matter what changes I requested , 1 or 30, she was always so happy to help and so incredibly patient with me. I am a very detailed person and she really helped me with every aspect and made me feel very taken care of. She was also very quick to get back to me with emails and revisions. I had the best experience with her and she made sure I was happy along every step of the way - and that means so much to me. It was such a positive, fun, and awesome experience and if I had to do it all over again I would choose her to work with again without question! Jennifer is friendly, talented, patient and just a really nice person that is passionate about her job! I would highly recommend her and Draw Design!

Draw Designs finished up a custom home design for us near the end of last year. Over the period of a few months, they designed everything we could possibly ask for. Their designs are very thorough, and the lumber supply company, the framers, and many other subcontractors appreciated the details included in the drawings. Everything was ready for the plans to go through the permit application process, and they have been a great help throughout the process. I bugged them quite a bit, even months after they finished the plans, with questions and small changes, and they were happy to do so! I mostly dealt with Josh, who was very helpful with revisions and fitting all of the things we wanted in the home. I also got help from Kelsey and David, and they helped answer many of my questions and helped make revisions whenever I had asked (even long after the plans were finished up). Great team, incredible value, and the houses they have designed are absolutely gorgeous!
