Their final design needed no alterations as it was beautiful and exactly what was discussed! They were on hand for any questions I had with permits as well as with the carpenters who built the patio. Our company hired T.A. Scott Architecture to design our Canadian headquarters in Elmsdale, NS. Troy was very professional and responsive and provided great service. Troy was very knowledgeable about local building codes and regulations which proved to be very beneficial for our company. Communication is key in a project like this and Troy did a great job making sure his client (us) and the general contractor were all on the same page. I was most impressed w/ Troy and how he stuck w/ the project and saw it all the way to completion and beyond. Even when Troy's scope of work was complete he was still checking in to make sure we were happy. To this day we periodically need to request a drawing or a site plan from our project and Troy continues to provide great service and support. We highly recommend this company.
