Hands down the best decision we made was to hire Michael Soltis of Soltis Projects to design, renovate and decorate our Airbnb cottage. Are there more than 5 stars available?! I hired Soltis Projects to design my bathrooms and to help with overall home decor. My situation is a little unique only that I live in LA. I flew Michael down for 4 days. In that time we picked out the tile, countertops, fixtures, shower and bath layout, paint and lighting. Michael had great suggestions on where it made sense to cut costs and where I should spend a bit more. Overall, I got the look I wanted while staying within my budget. With the extra time we had, Michael helped me pick out some art and decor for other rooms in my home which really made them pop. He has this amazing ability to transform a room. It's a gift for sure.
