My wife tried to apply for parental leave and asked these people for help, they screwed up the application so badly that it's taking over a month to get resolved, do not enlist their help or you will never get your money. Our baby has been here for over a month and we still are nowhere close to getting money and will be forced to go back to work. STAY AWAY

If there was a minus star I would put it. Why do we have a service Canada building in this town if it never is open and when you go in ten minutes before closing you get a rude woman telling you we can't do anything, we are closed in ten minutes...then close the door of you can't do anything!!

We arrived just after 3pm on a Friday and it was quite busy. The two staff members were working hard to help everyone. By the time we were done processing our applications it was 4:30 pm. At no time did the person helping make us feel badly that it was past closing time. She was friendly and courteous and got the paperwork done as quickly as possible. For the complainers, if you can be online to whine you can search for hours of operation.

They've always been very helpful here...well, except for that cranky guy with the accent...but gladly I haven't seen him in my last few visits over the last year or so. Everyone else in there seems great.

Oh Hello,I came here on Friday November 29,2019. I was make passport Canada. She said:” we want to know everything my additional information address and occupation”. But I told her:” Some workplace & some my housing I just started 1-2 months!”. How’s it when I fill it?. I’m so upset. It’s not possible service. I had wrote 2 addresses 2-3 years a least. Bad really bad
