Their liability insurance rates are significantly cheaper than western financial, and they were able to help me with my icbc insurance needs when western financial wasn't willing or interested. I would go out of my way to use them over western financial in town. I have only had positive experiences with them and they delivered when I had important insurance issues to work through.
