Long time Telus customer looking at 20 + years and still want to charge 60 dollars to do a 15 minute phone exchange. Because Telus is not supporting blackberry so they made me get a new phone not very helpful Boo

Great staff and service. Can take a while in store for an upgrade or activation but worth the care and time taken opposed to the other carriers. Staff here are knowledgeable and willing to sell excellent service.
