Blew me away. You want to use this paint Hybrid paint was recommended. Looks like oil, but washes up with soap and water. 15 yr guarantee. Amazing stuff. They did a colour match, I'm a printer so I know colour, they were spot on. And the paint was 40% off to boot. Definitely will be back. Lady staff member was very helpful. Forget those box stores, can you even find help there. Support local ownership.

Grossly overpriced garbage: I've been painting for 25+ years, and the Sherwin Williams paint my customer just bought (Quali-Kote; she was told it was their "premium interior paint") at $50+/gallon on sale (regular $65) gave the worst coverage I've ever experienced with a supposed "premium" paint. It's $5 more per gallon than Dulux LifeMaster, with only approx. 30% of the hiding... Sherwin Williams, shame on you for selling such junk.

Customer service, experienced knowledgeable staff good product. 2 years ago I gave them 5 stars. However, recently I haven’t had the best experience. It’s not that they have a bad product or they’re rude or don’t try to be professional. It’s the fact that they bombard you with a series of questions that no amateur painter would know and don’t offer a resolution. So you feel stupid and embarrassed and frustrated. So my last couple of visits I’d give them a 2-3 star rating for this factor. Seriously, although they had smiles on their faces I could feel them rolling their eyes the more frustrated I got. I took my business elsewhere where they were actually helpful and took the time to teach me what I needed to learn when they asked me questions I didn’t know the answers to.

Retired painter here. Used SW products for years. Large range of products and their technology can't be matched. I saw a comment about the Qualikote below. It's an ok product, but those prices listed are totally high and incorrect. The gentleman was comparing it to a higher end product from a different company. Not comparing apples to apples unfortunately. That product is more like ProMar 200, SuperPaint or Solo, depending on what you are doing. I always painted with SW when I could as they were great partners in my business my whole career.
