Wow I tell ya. This place man. Unbelievable. So many nice plants. The landscaping crew is full of absolute man rockets. You'd be silly not to take a look at the beautiful coffee shop they built recently. PARADISE PLANTS FTW!!!

I went in to buy an edible almond tree. When I got it home and researched I discovered it was a bitter almond very high in arsenic. I immediately called to return the tree as I had purchased it with understanding it was sweet almond and edible. They said they had to talk to owner... it took over a week to get an answer which was since they offer no warranty on their plants they would do nothing. I told them not a warranty issue they sold an ornamental bitter almond as an edible sweet almond. They still won’t do anything. When I said I can’t plant it in my yard due to arsenic levels and my dogs...they told me to give it away. Now to be fair I have ranted about fantastic helpful service and recommended this nursery to many people in the past...I will never do so again. Selling a bitter ornamental nut tree as a sweet edible nut tree and then not making it right borders on criminal. I understand mistakes happen but this mistake could literally kill someone. Shame on you

Strange that i am in the minority with regards to others that have reviewed Paradise Plants (PP) ...I was scouting for my wife on info for a magnolia and a jasmine vine and came in at around 11:45 am, April 6th. The first person I talked to was not well informed for these two items i was looking for. To her credit, she directed me to another employee (ee), who spent about 2 minutes with me until her supervisor (guessing it was the owner) interrupted and told this ee to 'go have her lunch' before it gets busy. This all would have been okay with me, except the supervisor had little or no time for me and was abrupt and condescending towards my questions. Won't be back and neither will my contacts.

This review is for their landscape services, not the garden centre. We were happy with their landscape services at the start, but after many of our plants and trees started to die, 6 months to a year after they were planted, we were very disappointed. The irrigation was also installed by them, so water was not the problem, except for areas that were not getting enough water from the irrigation system itself. We had to pay someone else to correct the system so more plants did not die and our grass did not go yellow in sections. We had to rip up our newly planted grass to fix it! The worst problem, as we discovered, was that many of the pine trees died due to improper planting - not enough top soil or none at all in some cases, hole not large enough, and tree planted in clay ball such that the roots could not grow and take hold. Of course, the plant warranty is only 3 months, so no chance of getting replacements. We were very upset as we spent a small fortune on our landscaping and the hundreds of plants and trees we purchased from them. We would not recommend them for landscaping services.

Beautiful selection and very friendly and helpful service. Purchased the largest most beautiful "mystery" rose I have ever seen.

Amazing help. Pouring rain & the lady that was working not only offered me an umbrella but actually came outside to show us where everything was & gave us lots of help & information. She really seemed to care that our decision was an informed one & that we left with the best possible choice that suited our needs
