I had the pleasure of working with Chelsea and Steve on a backyard Pergola project this spring/summer. I loved the final product. It captured everything I hoped it would, and I found working with both of them to be easy and educational. The professionalism they have inspired others involved in the project, most notably seen in the correspondence with the municipality and structural engineer. Chelsea and Steve made everyone else working on the project 'level-up', 'shape-up', and perform better. Having dealt with both the municipality and engineer before myself, including Chelsea and Steve in the process was much better for the overall outcome. The drawings, and descriptive plans were top tier. Their willingness to provide guidance during construction was also noted and very helpful. I am already planning to include EUOI in my next garage/carriage house/garden studio project on a newly purchased property in Gibsons. I am glad I found these two.
