No customer service, the receptionist does not want to transfer calls so impossible to reach technicians, to get technical sheets approved it is impossible, it takes way too long to return their emails and they ask to reissue for nonsense. I suggest choosing a smaller firm that can provide a much more personalized service than MSDL, which takes its customers for numbers! (Original) Pire firme d'architecte de Montréal...Aucun service à la clientèle, la réceptionniste ne veut pas transférer les appels donc impossible de rejoindre les techniciens, pour faire approuver des fiches techniques c'est impossible, ça prend beaucoup trop de temps retourner leurs courriels et il demandent de réémettre pour de niaiseries. Je suggère de choisir une plus petite firme qui pourra donner un service beaucoup plus personnaliser que MSDL qui prend ses clients pour des numéros!
