The team at Aguib Creations of Mount Royal Quebec Canada did a great job on a retaining wall at our Victorian home. The City Of Westmount required that the wall be made of natural stone with drainage according to code. I'm pleased to report that the Aguib Creations team executed the plan very well and within budget. Their team which included stone cutters who were passionate master craftspersons, and they were excited to keep us informed at every step of the process. I shall be calling them for future projects and will encourage others in the area to do the same.

We hired Aguib construction to replace our 1950's-style cement walkway and landing, and the result was spectacular, even better than we had imagined. We are very pleased! We chose Aguib for his expertise with permeable pavers, which I wanted as the ecological choice, and he designed and executed this project perfectly. His crew members, in addition to being skilled, were very friendly and polite, and they left the property clean and tidy as well.

very expensive company to do business with. They charged us $300 bucks just for a the quote alone, while the other companies (that I know of) didn't. They quoted us for a grand total of over $100k for a turn key project. In their quote they recommended us to change our relatively new garage drain, (which to this day I still don't understand why) which would of costed us around $3k, and plus a fancy moisture sensor system that carried a very expensive annual subscription. So we decided to do the project ourselves. We bought new paver stones for about 1k sq/ft for $10k, hired a contractor for $25k, and through the company in the US "warmly yours", we bought the materials and they recommended us a local licensed electrician to install our new heated driveway & walkway (1000 sq/ft) for total of $24k. The whole project including paver stones, expanding/modifying our driveway , walkway and landing , heating them both, end up costing us a grand total,... $59,000 for their 100k quote on a turn key project, I would of hope for paver stones in 24k gold:-)

Eric Aguib and his fantastic team have been working with my family for the past two years planning a complete re design of our backyard. The professionalism, quality, honesty of this team is unparalled. Not only did they design the most beautiful, elegant, modern backyard that we could imagine, they offered us a complete Turn Key service which allowed us to maintain our busy work schedule worry free. Eric, Ray, Jess and team took care of everything for us from start to finish, they took care of all the planning with the city, all the permits, all the appointments, all the back and forths with the sub contractors, etc... on top of that, their obsession with detail and work well done was so refreshing. Eric becomes more obsessed with your project than yourself. He helped us pick the proper furniture as well to match his design, he spent four hours shopping with us at an outdoor furniture shop. I can’t say enough good things on this company. Even though they might be a bit more expensive than the competition, your investment will be worth every single penny because of the long term quality of their projects. Your suggestions for the choice of Villagio unistone in the colours and pattern worked out beautifully , blending in with and enhancing the look of our old Westmount house.The planting beds on the side, and the contrasting soldier courses on the perimeter also served to break up the monotony of a long concrete alley. Your crew who performed the transformation were not only skilled at what they do but also extremely polite and friendly to deal with.
