Make sure you read the fine print on your estimate. They estimated the work to be done at $141 and the invoice was $416. Not even in the same ballpark. The estimate does not take materials and the permit they need to purchase into account. It does mention this on the estimate, but I thought this was pretty misleading. Guess I needed to read the fine print. Otherwise they were quite pleasant and responsive, which I appreciated (hence the 2 starts instead of 1). But they really should review how they calculate estimates. They should include materials and permits on the estimate in my opinion.

Stephane came in to replace a breaker for us and was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions. We had a issue with the hot water heater and he made sure it was working, even coming back to check which showed a more serious problem. Had he not come back to check it could have been a disaster. Excellent customer service, excellent workmanship!!!! He is our go to guy for electrical!
