Best paint ever. One coat is better than 3 coats of any hardware-store brand. And the people there are fabulous: knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Once a staff member even told me what brand of paint I used (which was exclusive to Sleggs at the time) from a board I brought in to match. Outside of that one time, they seem to have the ability to match colour and sheen on almost anything I throw at them. Not to mention that their line of outdoor deck paint goes on like butter. I will never use another brand again.

Not only the quality of the paint is very good ( and they have discounts through the year , plus for constructors and such), but the stuff is friendly and helpful. My special thanks to Devon.. He is very helpful each time I am in the store and answers all the questions. Also, he suggested his help to carry heavy paint to a bus stop. I was OK to carry paint in my wheel baggy but it was so sweet to be so helpful! I will continue buying from Dulux. Also, the quality paint is better than in another place I bought once.

Smallish in-store selection. Lots of sample books to order from. Prices are high. Staff member greeted us going in then got really scarce. We had some questions, but never saw her till she speed-walked past us, obviously avoiding any interaction.

I love Dulux paints. They keep track of all the paint I buy. Over the years this has been very helpful. The staff is knowledgeable on all aspects from pucking colours to the appropriate paint for the job.

First can of paint was perfect shade. Needed more of the same and second can when put on the walls is a completely different color. Never ever had an issue with color tint at Home Depot. This is my first time using dulux. I know I People will say blah blah blah but when it’s computerized color mixing it’s supposed to be a heck of allot closer than what I experienced. The corner shot shows how far off each version is. What a mess now. My Follow up on this. Reason the colour was off was the Store worker selected 5 gallon mix for a 1 gallon can. When I pointed out the error and that it’s now on my walls and I must spend hours redoing this the response was I was busy and selected the wrong size. Mixed a new can and first offered me employee pricing??? Was not impressed. Made it clear I was not paying for their mistake. How is this an apology and acknowledging the error. Plus did not put the colour on the lid as this would have helped notice the issue before i spent hours painting. As I said will go to home depot as they always put the colour on the outside of the can and would not try to charge me for a store error

A huge thank you to Jodi today! I was painting my studio and was not happy with the colour I had chosen. I went in with a new paint chip to be matched this morning and the store was incredibly busy. Jodi remained calm, served a host of customers, both in the store and on the phone, and got the paint matched perfectly! The wall is painted, the tape is off and the colour is exactly what I asked for!
