During a trip across Newfoundland on ATVs, we came into Corner Brook on a day it is as raining. We had no reservations anywhere and we found vacancy here. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and informative about the area. This only gets a 4 star due to there being no elevator, AC or breakfast. The rates were probably the best in the area. This is a decent place to stay if you're on a budget.

I herd they had a great breakfast. So 3 of us went, the service was friendly, food was awsome, I had a breakfast skillet, Robin had steak and eggs, Byron had 2 eggs and bacon and hashbrowns. All our food came out quick hot and fresh. Can't wait for the next time. Oh the prices were great to. A great place to go with friends and family.

The owner is rude arrogant and has no clue how to run a hotel. At first things were fine having stayed here about 3 weeks, it just got worst over time. honestly people are better off staying literally anywhere else in the area.
I deleted my old review because they started to send maids down to me and doing better service then today after the review was taken down the owner took the time to come to my room and aggressively question me about my review . He went on to tell me I had requested no maid service myself ( this was because my old review stated I went 3 days without having a maid come in) . I never requested such a thing who in their right mind is going to ask for a maid to not clean their room .
They dont heat the basement so you constantly have a draft coming thru. No restaurant. Honestly if the attitude and rudeness of the owner isint enough to turn you away then maybe the lack of maid service will. Went 3 days without seeing a maid while staying here. No restaurant. Outdated. No working elevator . No cart to bring luggage in. One positive was the front desk worker Sean was extremely professional and accommodation along with a lovely girl named Leanne. Without them being understanding and showing me compassion I would have went crazy staying at this place. Maids are amazing people and do they're best but the issues come from management not the employees.

This is more of a motel. The price point is great, the location is convenient. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet despite being jibfest weekend. The staff were helpful and friendly. I think they should pair up with Marble! Get some deals on the go for us ski bums. I had my kid with me and he thought it was great ????

Smelly, dirty and no amenities. Beds are smaller than advertised. Staying here was most definitely a bad decision on my part.

I prepaid for a month while I was in Corner Brook looking for work. I stayed 6 nights and ended up getting a call from a job in Alberta I applied for awhile back that I had to take. When I inquired about a partial refund, the owner wouldn't even look at me, he said no and scurried off. Don't waste your time or money on this place!
